1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address, name, and payment details when you register or subscribe. We also collect information automatically when you use mVuew, including device identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage data such as articles read, categories selected, and interaction patterns. This data is used solely to improve and personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the mVuew platform; to personalize your news feed based on your reading preferences; to process payments and manage your subscription; to send service-related communications; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform - including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools - under strict confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of mVuew, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for the platform to function, and optional analytics cookies to understand how users engage with mVuew. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our Cookie Settings page. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Reading activity and interaction data is retained for up to 24 months to power personalization features. You may request deletion of your data at any time and we will fulfill such requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mtruth.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Children's Privacy

mVuew is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. By using mVuew, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection in the countries where we process it.
